The TECNO Phantom V Flip 2 is available in Travertine Green and Moondust Grey colour options. The device is available at USD 699, which will be available starting September 2024 in Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. The Phantom V Flip 2 comes with a helical star track drop-shaped hinge with a thickness of 7.64 mm when unfolded and 16.04 mm when folded.

The device sports a 6.9-inch AMOLED inner screen with FHD+ resolution, LTPO 120Hz refresh rate, and 2,160Hz PWM dimming. TECNO equips the smartphone with a smaller 3.64-inch AMOLED cover screen with 1056 x 1066 pixels resolution. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage, and up to 8GB of virtual RAM.

The clamshell foldable device flaunts a dual camera setup on the rear with a 50MP OV50H primary camera with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide camera. The inner screen of the V Flip 2 houses the 32MP selfie snapper. The device packs a 4,720mAh battery with support for 70W Ultra Charge wired fast charging tech.

TECNO has debuted the smartphone with Ella Smart AI Assistant with support for AI Smart Erase, AI Drawing Board, and more. The Phantom V Flip 2 runs on HiOS based on Android 14 out of the box with support for 2 OS upgrades.
