TECNO has launched the TECNO Phantom V Fold 2 in Karst Green and Rippling Blue colour options. The company has priced the device at USD 1,099, which will be available starting October 2024 in Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. The Phantom V Fold 2 sports a 6.42-inch external and 7.85-inch internal screen with LTPO 1 to 120Hz refresh rate.

The inner screen and external screen support 2K+ and FHD+ resolution with DCI P3 colour gamut. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC paired with 12GB of RAM, 512GB of internal storage, and up to 12GB of virtual RAM. TECNO has unveiled the TECNO Phantom V Fold 2 with a triple camera setup on the rear with a 50MP OV50H primary camera with OIS.

The primary camera is paired with a 50MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and a 50MP ultrawide camera. Both the inner and external screens of the Phantom V Fold 2 house a 32MP selfie snapper. The device is backed by a 5,750mAh battery with support for 70W Ultra Charge wired fast charging tech and 15W wireless charging tech.

TECNO has included the Phantom V Pen with the smartphone and equipped the device with Ella Smart AI Assistant with AI features. The device gets an IP54 rating with IP68-grade waterproof type C components. The Phantom V Fold 2 measures 6.08 mm and 11.98 when unfolded and folded and weighs 224 grams.
