Samsung is gearing up for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy M55s smartphone for global markets. SmartPrix has revealed the renders and the key specifications of the smartphone ahead of its launch.

The renders confirm that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M55s will continue to sport a triple camera setup on the rear. The South Korean giant will launch the device with individual camera rings on the rear, which are vertically aligned. The images also showcase the shiny stripes on the rear, which creates a unique effect.

Samsung will equip the right side of the device with the power button and volume rockers with a glossy finish. The left side of the Galaxy M55s will house the SIM card tray with a similar glossy finish on the side. Samsung is also tipped to launch the smartphone with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC with a peak clock speed of 2.4GHz.

The Galaxy M55s will flaunt a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The triple camera setup on the rear will include a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture.

The device is expected to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support. The report adds that the Galaxy M55s will measure 163.9 x 76.5 x 7.8 mm and weigh 180 grams. The other expected specifications of the smartphone include USB Type-C 2.0, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and a fingerprint sensor.
