Samsung Galaxy S25 5K CAD Renders Surface Ahead of Launch

Android Headlines has revealed the CAD renders of the Samsung Galaxy S25 in collaboration with OnLeaks. The publication recently revealed the CAD renders of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra smartphone.

The report confirms that Samsung will continue to equip the vanilla Samsung Galaxy S25 with an identical design similar to its predecessor. This results in the continuation of the individual triple cameras, centred punch hole cutout, and slim bezels on the display. Samsung is expected to equip the device with a 6.17-inch display, which is likely to be marketed as a 6.2-inch panel.

The publication adds that the upcoming vanilla model will measure 146.9 x 70.4 x 7.2 mm, making it thinner than its predecessor. Apart from this, the report doesn’t confirm any other specifications of the smartphone. A report recently claimed that Samsung will launch the smartphone with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 Made for Galaxy SoC for all markets, unlike its predecessor.

The chipset is likely to be paired with up to 12GB, which is an upgrade over the 8GB RAM on its predecessor, i.e., the Galaxy S24. Samsung is also tipped to equip the device with a 4,000mAh battery to offer a day of battery life. The triple camera setup of the device will include a 50MP primary camera, an ultrawide camera, and a telephoto camera.
