Xiaomi Launches Redmi Buds 6 Lite for Global Markets

Xiaomi has announced the Redmi Buds 6 Lite alongside the Redmi 14C smartphone in the global markets. The Chinese giant has priced the earbuds at EUR 15 (approx. USD 22) to target budget consumers across the UK and Europe.

Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Buds 6 Lite TWS in Blue, White and Black colour options with an in-ear design with removable silicone ear tips. The charging case has a dimension of 57 x 55.95 x 26.85 mm and weighs 47 grams. Xiaomi equips the TWS with a 12.4mm titanium diaphragm driver for rich acoustics with support for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).

The Chinese giant claims that the Redmi Buds 6 Lite supports up to 40 dB wide-frequency active noise cancellation. Xiaomi uses dual mics with AI noise reduction for clear calls in noisy environments, making it an ideal choice for outdoor usage. The Redmi Buds 6 Lite sports support for four EQ settings and customisable options via the Xiaomi Earbuds app.

Xiaomi has included support for AAC high-quality audio to allow users to listen to the best quality music available out there. The charging case of the device sports soft pulse lights, and the earbuds are optimised for in-ear comfort. The TWS and charging case are backed by a 45mAh and 480mAh battery with a claimed battery life of up to 38 hours. The Redmi Buds 6 Lite comes with Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and gets Google Fast Pair support.
